  Never any staff around to help you and when you do eventually find someone they are completely useless, they basically try and Palm you off, the shop must lose a fortune because the staff never seem to want to help your left waiting around the shop for ages.. Also being given false information for returns, they tell you that they can credit note you for products still in tact but when you take them back they say they can’t do anything. They just waste your time!! Also the tills are a joke never enough staff on and the self service isn’t much better as it’s card payment only so the que times are rubbish. For a company that size the service is shocking!!
